AGICL invites ₹14 crore tender for construction of official residence of Chief Justice in Amaravati
The Amaravati Growth and Infrastructure Corporation Limited (AGICL) has floated a competitive tender valued at over ₹14 crore for the construction of the official residence of the Chief Justice of the Andhra Pradesh High Court near Nelapadu in Amaravati under a design-build lump-sum contract. The project, which is to be completed within six months, includes a two-year Defect Liability Period (DLP) during which the successful contractor will be responsible for rectifying defects and ensuring quality standards.

According to the bid document, the project aims to develop a fully integrated judicial residence with architectural finishes, internal and external electrical systems, plumbing and sanitary works, fire-fighting facilities, lifts, diesel generator, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), security systems, external development and landscaping. The objective is to deliver a ready-to-use, high-quality residential facility through a single-point design-build execution model.
